SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping New Zealand wide on orders over $100.

Orders Under $100 are charged $7.50.

We use a tracked NZ Courier Post to ensure safe and fast delivery of your parcels. Most orders are expected to arrive within 2 working days from the date of shipment. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be sent out on Monday morning.

Orders received before 10 pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders received after 10 pm will be packaged and prepared for dispatch the day after

Our dispatch schedule is around 5 am from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays..

For rural deliveries, kindly allow an additional day for your order to arrive.

MISSING ORDERS

In case of missing orders, please note that ADVENTO cannot be held responsible once the order has been delivered by the courier. For any concerns, please contact the courier company directly using your tracking information.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Notification of Intent to Return: Customers must notify us of their intention to return a product within 5 days of receipt. Subsequent instructions, including the return address, will be provided upon receiving this notification.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Products, along with their packaging, must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold at the full original retail price.
  • Items must not be used, tampered with, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and accessories.

Exceptions for Personal Locator Beacons (PLBs):

  • Due to the personalized nature and legal registration requirements of PLBs, returns due to a change of mind are not permitted.
  • Each PLB is associated with an individual user, making its resale complex and, in many cases, not feasible due to safety and legal considerations.

Refund Calculation:

  • Eligible refunds will be issued less any applicable courier, packaging, and credit card transaction fees.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Products that have been used, tampered with, or have damaged packaging preventing resale at the original retail price, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Courier costs related to undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages are non-refundable unless an error has been made on our part.
