I recently purchased a PLB from Mike along with a headlamp. On arrival the box had several freebies in it but I realised the lamp was too heavy for the small head of the person I had got it for. After a phone call Mike offered to send me one of each of the two lighter ones he had in stock free of charge with no expectation to return the purchase. Amazing!

The PLB and kindly added "extra's" arrived four days after making the order - not bad during a lock down! Mike was a pleasure to do business with and runs an obviously efficient and tight organization, Recommend Avento without hesitation.
I needed a PLB quickly so I messaged Advento to see if they could send one. They did not have the model I was after but gave me a discount on the next model up. They sent it immediately and I received it the following day. I could not fault the product or the service, both were excellent.
